Feb. 17th, 2011 02:00 pmIf a recipe for muffins calls for vegetable oil, is olive (extra virgin) okay or should I go out to the store (again!) and get something generic? (Is there a significant flavor difference, I mean.)
I also have safflower, if that would work.
