The 2003 has a very peculiar console/dashboard layout, and so a few years ago there was only one aftermarket stereo that purported to fit, and it was an absurd amount of money (I want to say $600). I checked major online car audio retailers just recently and there wasn't any.
The new ones apparently come with, at least, an aux input, which would probably be not only sufficient but preferable for my use. But not for a few years, barring disaster.
