The typical person, it appears, with anterior placenta, feels less movement in the front. Not me. Oh no. It definitely feels different: on the side I feel sharp precise kicks, but in front I get these, well, resounding *thuds* that seem to reverberate over a wide area.

Which, if you're wondering, is considerably less comfortable than the ordinary kicks. And since FutureSibling, like SteelyKid, is a very active fetus, I suspect I would actually welcome feeling less movement in front (especially since I'm sure I'd still feel lots on the side for reassurance).

Except without the noise, and with occasional bouts of someone attempting to increase the drum's circumference by bracing feet and back and pushing hard, sure!
