Ford's novel <cite>The Dragon Waiting</cite>, which makes me desperately long to re-read it in my copious spare time so I can play in the spoiler post (linked in the non-spoiler rec).</p> <p><a href="http://www.midmajority.com/p/1899">Kyle Whelliston</a>: "I try to be the last man (sic?) in America to know who won the Super Bowl, and the last man in America to know the score of the game."
