No, it's not aimed at sword & sorcery, since I'd say that even on a very loose definition of the term, only _Lord of the Rings_ and the First Person Smartass choices would fall under that category.

_Sorcery and Cecilia_ has been reprinted as a YA, but largely what I had in mind was converting adults, and as montoya says downthread, the perception that fantasy = child is not one that would be helpful.
