6.32.64: This is, I think, the correct sequence of events, although I think the speedlines in the panel below "!!" are meant to represent the speed and force of Goku's kick, as perceived by Kou. So, there is Goku (starting behind Kougaiji) jumping up to kick Kou in the head. Kou senses something and spins around. You can tell in the closeup of his face that he's turning around *fast* by the way his hair, earrings, and buckle are all angled off to the left (our left). He's spinning about to face Goku, but isn't fast enough and basically just turns into Goku's super-fast, super-strong kick (which he can only perceive as a blur of motion), and gets nailed.
