Looking at the menu, it appears to have been a "The Portishead Piggy: Smoked Sandridge Farm bacon, local field mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella. Topped with a free-range egg."

I'm not sure "soft-cooked" is the right way to describe it, as eggs are not my thing; possibly the term of art is "over-easy" instead. It was still gooey, anyway.
