Additional resource: I also talked about JOFs, the Journeymen/women/queer/maker/bot/platypi of Fandom group (intended to be as inclusive as possible) that we started for open-minded conrunners who believe everyone has something to teach and something to learn, and it's important to treat no one as having the "one true way."
