I really loved Stories of Ibis, actually. It's one of the few things I've ever encountered about specifically female robots that felt like it was exploring different aspects of femaleness than the sexy parts. Also, several of the stories within the book are about virtual friendships in a way that also feels really nice and thoughtful and non-judgmental.

...also also, the clear digs at the Terminator mythos are HIGH-LARIOUS.
