His bylines lately have started simply reading Daniel Ortberg, so I think that maybe that's how he prefers us to style him?

I see that that is indeed how the newsletter is bylined, so I shall change it! (Dear Prudence is still three names, so it hadn't been on my radar, and the newsletter byline isn't visible unless you're logged out.) Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
