Monday links are getting back into the usual routine
Quickly:
There was an actual literal bear roaming around outside Chad's work.
Atlas Obscura, The Liechtensteinian Lady Burglar and Her Mysterious Trunk: isn't this a fairy tale?!
Nice article at the AV Club on queer YA graphic novels from First Second Books. SteelyKid has slowed her pace on devouring graphic novels, having jumped to Rick Riordan's prose via the graphic adaptations, but the Pip still tears through everything he can get his hands on, so every few months I check out what First Second and Graphix have put out for adding to our library hold list/to-buy list. (I actually bought SteelyKid Check Please! but I don't think she's read it yet.)
Decanting vacuum-sealed moon rocks for new research.
With only mild exaggeration: I tried every conceivable cereal-liquid combination.
Also if any of you are in an area that's experiencing drought, please let me know and I will try real hard to send our rain to you with the force of my mind. Everything is indescribably soggy.
(Posted so quick that I forgot the poll, sorry, can't add it after.)
