My last Iditarod link, which is actually a link roundup!
Bar chart race — the most populous cities in the world from 1500 to 2018, found on Twitter but this is the updated version. I would prefer an additional version with a stable horizontal axis—I realize that there are scale issues there, but that's exactly the reason I would like it.

Edit: trailer for Gentleman Jack, which is HBO doing Anne Lister; Suranne Jones plays the title role and she certainly got my attention.
