Rather off topic, but I wanted to ask someone with formal legal training about trespass - namely, what exactly does it entail? If you leave your door open (or even just unlocked), and someone comes in, does leaving the door open equal an invitation?

And no, I'm not thinking about trespassing. I've been pondering the differences between meatspace and cyberspace, and I think knowing this might clear things up on something for me - I'll be able to explain a bit better once I know.
