My apologies; I was responding to your "I don't want to set up the idea in my head that being that relaxed is something that's done to me" comment. Not knowing exactly what your relaxation therapy entails, my intent was to offer information about a technique that helped me deal with stress-induced muscle tension as a potential complement to your formal courses of treatment.
