That's very interesting, about Orthodox Jewish law. Poking around, it looks like Islam has a specific required percentage of assets over a certain amount, which would have a similar effect; I wonder if other religions have similar rules?

And yeah, it would be nice, wouldn't it? Ah, daydreaming . . .
