Tiny babies that one can hand back to someone are great. :) I had the litmus test a few weeks ago with a nine-week-old baby and didn't suddenly want another child of my own, but it was indeed pleasant to observe that muscle memory remembers how to lull an infant into a doze.

Glad the endoscopy was merely routine and fine. (Prep for a colonoscopy is No Fun.)
