Oh, yes, thank you--I definitely try to do the first two (the last hasn't
come up yet), but it's always good to have explicit reminders.
On the same lines, that's why my talking-to-audience scripts try to not
presuppose eye contact, though I notice now that the "wait please in case
someone new wants to talk" one didn't, probably because the last time I
used it heavily I was making eye contact. Still, a good thing to practice.
(Also I do not specify gender when referring to audience members.)
