Yes, it's not that what I'd been doing was difficult, but this is an order of magnitude easier.

For the reflux -- have you tried elderflower tea? Shall I send you some? I discovered when I was pregnant and drinking everything uncaffeinated at random that any tea with elderflower soothed the heartburn, and nothing else helped even a bit.

Huh. *pokes internet* Well, it doesn't look like it would interact with anything that I'm already taking badly, so I might look around and see if any store around here has some (it appears to be available in syrups or something for colds or flu, I don't know if that would have the same effect).

(Though the heartburn seems to be worst at night and just before I get up, which are not exactly conducive to tea-drinking; and in some ways it's the least worst of it.)
