Oh, oh, right, the Igors!

On one hand, the Igor(ina) we meet in _MR_ says that all Igorinas are always beautiful, which, ugh, but their matter-of-factness about body modification--which is sometimes questioned by other characters but always in a way that indicates that the text thinks they are wrong--does make them very interesting candidates for complicating matters.

I'm not sure the text gives us enough to go on, but I'm tentatively leaning toward ethnic group of humans.
