And on that note, I don't know why they haven't tried to explain to him that yes, killing is wrong, but killing one person to save the lives of millions of people (if not more) is possibly justifiable, especially if that one person is the aggressor in a war of conquest.

It's not like the Diamonds have their hands clean, after all.
