Actually I would say you managed it very well! Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen someone keep up with who in the audience had questions so assiduously!

Thanks, that's good to hear. If I was going to run a highly audience-participatory panel it was really important to me that as many people as possible get a chance to talk, and not have things dominated by people with the fastest hands.
